Hosting Only - Clients - 
This support option is for a client that has hosting only with us, when a client manages his/hers website and FTP's it up with their own sitebuilding software and ftp software and does not use our site builder (My Genises)
Emal Support -
This support option is if a client need E-Mail support that is NOT coverd under normal support options ie...
- your computer software client (outlook)
- setting up your computer email client
- teaching how to use email or your computer email client
- truble shooting returns from other email addresses
Website Coding -
This support option is when a client needs help with coding html for a site that is hosted on one of our servers. This option is for basic html coding, if you need help with php, cgi and other scripting you will need to pick the Scripting Coding option.
Script Coding -
This support option is for when a client needs help with coding php, cgi, pl files and is hosting on one of our servers.
